MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – February 14, 2011 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present:
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The Board of Selectmen will meet with Wayne Carr, Department of Public Works, Eric Munson, III, Police Chief and Robert Littlefield, Fire Chief on Monday, March 7th to discuss Statewide Public Safety Mutual Aid and Fire Mutual Aid.
The Selectboard voted unanimously not to ask the taxpayers for additional funds for the purpose of the add alternates or to have a larger contingency for change orders. The Selectmen will meet with the Tolland Building Committee on February 23rd to discuss it further.
Budgets for Fiscal 2012 were reviewed and the Selectboard will meet with the Finance Committee on Monday, February 28th.
